BIOGRAPHY

Son of Eric C. Mirzaian and Ann Syms, Eric grew up in Sherman Oaks, and attended Holy Martyr's Ferrahian School. He graduated from Agoura Hills High School in 2004 and jumped right into real estate, working mainly in foreclosures. Eric had the choice to either join the family business, a loan servicing/ origination company, or go a different direction. He chose a different direction. Eric went into Real Estate Sales, but also has a backing in Financing.
A member of the Young Professionals Network, Eric is one of the most goal-oriented, driven individuals you will ever meet. His passion for Real Estate is shadowed only by his love of helping people make their dreams come true.
Eric does more than sell real estate though. He also loves playing guitar, and used to be in a band that has toured the Mid to Western U.S., and has released 3 CD's to date! If you ever want to know anything about guitars or music feel free to ask him!
